The ball in  FLEUNT should either be 'STATIONARY' or if 'MOVING' should be given some values as you now....so I am asking you that should I then keep:

Fluid_Ball_surface_velocity_BC_Fluent = Stationary ?????

 

 

I hope this is wat u were suggesting and I hope this can run successfully then....
