There are different expressions. IN this article we use scattering rate  https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042244874-Graphene-surface-conductivity-material-model

Some derives the expression from Drudel mode, which has this relaxation time. I deducted their relationship is τao=1/(2Γ). However please check cafrefully as different authors may have different definition, and there might be a constant that is easily missing. Try the conversion and see how does it work
