OK, not mrf, that's Frame Motion. You're using sliding mesh (Mesh Motion) which is very different. 

Look at the right hand end of the lower image. The odd tail to the wake may be due to overall domain residence time meaning you still have some influence of the initial condition. That may also alter the pressure coefficient.Â
