Hi

These are just notes and warnings. Large deformation should be on here (contacts, etc.). As mentioned,make sure to select outer face of bottle, and inner face of die, which seems ok.

Important. Then increase contact pinball region so it covers the contact areas from start until the end of the simulation. See below for more info on that

Related to that, one can also at the same time as increasing this pinb. region, move the parts close together so the analysis starts when they are about to touch.

Use many substeps, search the internet for an explanation on that.

As you are new to this type of analysis,suggest, to look at free courses on Ansys AIS related to contacts in particular.
