Hello Audy, 

are you using 6DOF model to account for the movement of the bridge? If so, you have the option to Write Motion History when setting up the 6DOF properties. 13.6. Using Dynamic Meshes (ansys.com) (See 13.6.5 Six DOF Solver Settings)
