Thank you to both of you for your suggestions.

 

I am already applying the load gradually, actually my time substeps setting is :

I also refined the mesh in order to have a good mesh quality according to the "element quality" metrics, worst element has a value of 0.1, and i have only 3 elements with a value below 0.2.

What i want to do is identify the location of the distorded elements, to perform more specific corrective actions on the mesh or on the model. It seems like saving newton raphson residuals can help to identify the problematic regions but it is limited to the number of NRR we implemented.
