In the time domain, the data of the additional structural stiffness with SSTF may not be used by the option NASF. Please check if this option is included in your time domain analysis input data file. It is reasonable to exclude these data by this option, as the mooring lines are defined in the data category 14 with LINE data records.  

Please also check if CONV option exits in your time domain analysis. Could it be better to use RAO_TD = 0.5 * difference between the crest and trough of the actual response from aqwa / (wave amplitude)?

Once again, please try to use a smaller amplitude.
