Hi,
Sorry for my delay, I had to pause my project due to health problem.
In my simulation, I set up a force of 413uN and the deformation along the X axis is 9.8125um (my expectation is about 20um), the deviation increases when the setup force becomes larger. Below are some details of my simulation.
