Deepesh, remote displacement is a BC that works for Base Excitation as mentioned by Ashish above.

I don't know if a Body-to-Ground spring will be excited by Base Excitation, but if not, you can introduce a massless rigid body into your model to represent the ground. That body can have the Remote Displacement, and the springs can be converted to Body-to-Body.
