Hi Niki,Â
Thank you very much for you reply and puting the example's link. Sorry I didn't clarify my question better. Actually what I'm looking for is that how can I have a negative value of current of the PIN detector. For more expalanation, I can say that I am looking for the part of the detector spectrum in which we have negative current vs negative voltage. The other question I had is that, due to my understanding, we are having optical input and current as the output of the photodetector. I wanted to know that how can I have the voltage as an output of a detector instead of a current in INTERCONNECT.Â
P S: I am using the same components available in the photodetector example. A CW laser, AM for the light modulation by an external electrical signal, ... .Â
I would be more than happy if I can provide more information for better clarification. Thank you very much for your help!
