Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. Your patience is much appreciated.

I tried to run a parametric analysis on the same model created using the Antenna Toolkit and I did not face the issue you mentioned. 

It looks like you might have missed something while trying to replicate the geometry. Please check one more time. Please see if you are performing the boolean operations correctly.
