Yes, since they are coupled field, they are to be used for that (not single physics). Does not have to be only thermal electric, can be also str-thermal so keopt(1) = 11,piezoelectric, etc (there is no fluid flow degree of freedom in them so there is no fluid-str. fsi inbuilt solution using them).
