Hello Keith, 

When creating an enclosure around the bodies included those will get subtracted from he fluid directly. If you refer this Discovery SpaceClaim: Model Prep for CAE & MFG - Automatic External Volume Enclosure - Ansys Knowledge you will learn how to create external flow volume i.e enclosure in SpaceClaim.

From the image not sure how you will be defining the inlet and outlet. Fluid should enter that inlet and come out from it and than towards the outlet you highlighted right?
