We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

The solver sometimes issues a rigid body warning on models where there is nothing wrong, the model solves and the results look good.

You got the rigid body warning.  Did the model solve and did you look at the results? If the deformation plot looks like the contacts are working properly and the model as a whole is deforming properly, you can ignore the rigid body warning.

Another suggestion is in Workbench, drag and drop a Modal analysis on the Static Structural Model cell then in Mechanical in the Modal section of the Outline add a Fixed support on one face. Change the Analysis settings to request 10 modes.  When you solve Modal, what is the frequency of the first mode?  If that is a tiny number or zero, then one or more of the bodies is not connected and you can see by animation of the modes which part is unconnected.
