谢谢您的回答，我现在仍有问题。根据Ansys Insight: 用于设置Mesh accuracy对应多大的网格尺寸 这个帖子中的解释，FDTD划分的网格与材料中的最小波长相关，而我的结构是如下图所示的，被扫描的几何参数是圆柱的半径和高，mesh accuracy为6。模型中材料体系没有变化，波段也没有变化，那么FDTD划分的网格大小应该是不变的才对，可实际上下面两幅图中划分的网格大小是不同，为什么会出现这种情况呢？
