This seems to be a installation issue, your CAD configuration has failed. 

One other thing I want to bring to your attention is the line in the transcript: 

/file/set-tui-version "19.5"
Warning: The version that you specified is outside of the supported range. Update 'set-tui-version' to be within two full releases of the current release.
Review the intervening release notes to see if any changes have been made to the text commands in your script and update the script accordingly.

Please consider updating your version.Â
