Thanks Nilay and Rob for the answers. I coped with above issue!

However, as the analysis proceed, though I managed to do the meshing and solving on FLUENT for the base case with default values of the parameters input from CAESES.

Once I set the ranges for every input parameters and ran the Design of Experiment to see the changes in the output parameter (i.e. outlet flowrate), the output values for all design cases are the same. 

I am thinking if the changes made in input parameters did not actually alter the geometry, as the geometry on spaceclaim doesnt change when I alter its parameters.
