Hello Will,

Here is the error message that you are getting:

"License problem Local license ***  Error Bad license keys!"

You should not get the "Local license" message becaus we don't issue local licenses anymore. All LSTC licenses are "network" (server) licenses.

Make sure the following environment variables are set on the client machine:

LSTC_LICENSE=network

LSTC_LICENSE_SERVER=31010@hostname_or_IP_address_of_license_server

 

The error "Bad license keys!" mean one of the following:

1. the license file has been modified with a text editor.
2. your email system modified the attachment (license file).
3. You are using an old version of the LSTC license manager.
