不知道你仿真文件什么样无法给你原因。直观地说，这器件对1550根本没有任何耦合。

你选择几个Gap看看透射率是否正常？你看的S是哪里的？

matlab能确定环的耦合系数如果正确就不需要费事仿真了。

你可能需要分解一下这个仿真设置，可能单个器件是否正常？逐步改变这两个环的间距看看是否有耦合？也许你监测的波长不合适？可能的原因很多，需要逐个排除。
