Ansys staff can not download any files on the forum, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert inline images describing your problem also describe it in more detail.
For that check your solver output file and search for errors. Search for those errors on the forum, and you can try things that helped resolve those errors in the past. If nothing helps, post the error that you see in the solver output file.
