You may try to use the terminal to run the “cmlc” command. Note that you will need to setup the path in the bashrc file. This is talked about in this page: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037135654-System-requirements-and-installation

Usually CML works fine for Linux system.
