We have an exciting announcement about badges coming in May 2025. Until then, we will temporarily stop issuing new badges for course completions and certifications. However, all completions will be recorded and fulfilled after May 2025.

Hi Emin,

Sorry to hear that you didn't get a reply from us. The most common reason for this happening is that the user has an academic email. Are you an academic user? If that's the case, unfortunately we do not provide free trials for academics.

The better solution for someone at a university is to connect with their academic rep to see if there are any Ansys Optics or Ansys Multiphysics licenese bundles on campus. Those will include Zemax and Speos.

If you are still having difficulties, please provide me with more information on your occupation so I can find the right person to connect with you.
