If you look in Learning there may be a course, otherwise click on Help in Ansys Meshing. You may need to use the workflow for sequential meshing (right click on body & mesh selected) to find that a I never remember what it's called!
Note, running dual fluid systems can be more complex than you realise. Depending on the purpose of the modelling you may find running one of shell or tube side to be sufficient.Â
