Hello Azaan, 
Thank you for reaching out, MacBooks are not supported even if they have powerful specs. 
Ansys applications are tested and supported with Windows and Linux. 
Can you try creating a virtual machine for a compatible Windows OS? It is not an ideal way but it might work.
