This is how you would point your machine to the License Server

If you click on "Features in Use", Does it return a status or error?

You should see .out files.
Any errors in those files?

Verify that the License Server (ansys.webstore.illinois.edu) is running the 2023 R2 version of the ANSYS License Manager.
