It is showing results, but probably not what you expected. It seems to be mostly zero or close to zero, and there is a max of 6.4981e-9 W/mm3 somewhere. Where is that max? Is it on this body or another body? Where have you applied the voltage loads and what values? Check the resistivity in the Engineering Data for the material you have applied to the body.
If you have a body with constant cross section, you can verify to hand calculation.

I = V/RÂ (make sure to use voltage difference for V)
P=I^2R
Divide P by the body's volume.
You can get face areas and body volume by turning on "Selection Information" in the "Home" ribbon. Use face selection filter to get the face areas and body selection filter to get the body volume.
It's probably best to put units in Kg,m to keep all SI base units for watt, amp, ohm.
