Hi Lucas,
Thanks for the information. As far as I can understand, you can view the mesh edit option but the pull option doesn't highlight there. 
Are you able to see the Mesh Edit and pull options as I have highlighted in the image, please check. 


Will you please reseat the Ansys Once, as explained below? 

1.Please clear the %appdata% in your system. To do this, Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar. Locate the Ansys folder and rename it to Ansys.old.Go to the Start Menu and open %temp% folder. Search for ‘.ansys’ folder and rename it to ‘.ansys.old’ then launch the application. 2. Go to the Start Menu and open %temp% folder. Search for ‘.ansys’ folder and rename it to ‘.ansys.old’ then launch the application.

If the above method doesn't solve your issue, right-click on the mesh edit and show me the available options. Please share the screenshot of it.
