In order to be able to use the turbulence model mentioned in the paper, which is Gamma Reynolds-Theta, I chose the SST transition turbulence model in Fluent. Now, in the method part of the Fluent tree diagram, I don’t know how to put the settings :
The settings in the photo are the default settings.
Should the pressure-velocity coupling be coupled?
Also, what should the flux type and options of special discretization and transient formulation be?
Should the pseudo time method option be active?
According to the figure below, also in the viscous model section, I selected the model and did not change the tick of the following options. Are the following correct?
And finally, what number should be set for the intermittency value in the boundary condition of velocity inlet and pressure outlet? (1 is the default)
The problem is to simulate the flow on a three-dimensional airfoil that is in the transition regime and the Reynolds number is 120,000.
If you help me, I would be very grateful to you, dear Federico.
