Hello Roberto, 

We have not heard about this problem, can you please try resetting your options. These are kept in place even when uninstalling.

Go to File > SpaceClaim Options > Advanced > Reset All User Settings.

Try Deleting the contents of %appdata%\Local\SpaceClaim.
