Boundary conditions are very important when you perform an FEA analysis. More specifically, because I understand you want to enforce a specific rotational angle I would reccomend using Remote Displacement BC https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v232/en/wb_sim/ds_Remote_Displacement.html?q=remote%20displacement . If this doesn't work for you, check the list of BC on the first link to see which one simulates best your problem.
