In one component, create a sphere with the radius of 45 mm using the Sphere tool centered on the origin.

In another component, create a tube with an outer diameter of 100 mm and an inner diameter of 10 mm, centered on the origin.

Use the Combine button and select the tube as the tool and the sphere as the target. The default operation is cut.  Now you will have a 10 mm cylinder with each end having a 45 mm radius.  Create a plane at the origin and move it by 43 mm.  Use that plane to slice the cylinder, then you will have a 10 mm diameter, 2 mm thick with the 45 mm radius on one side.
