Did you restart the Ansys license manager after making the changes?
Are you running a third party anti virus or security software on the server?
Are the client computers running Ansys Lumerical connected to the same local network as the license server running the Ansys LM?Â
Or are the client computers connecting from "home" via the internet?Â
