I suggest updating to a more recent version of the software as Assembly meshing was removed several releases ago. In Fluent we tend to use Fluent Meshing, but Ansys Meshing is good for swept geometry. 

Have a look at the tutorials in Help and at the fluids courses on here (Learning, left upper) as that'll help with the basics.
