Yes, you should get exactly what you show in SpaceClaim in Mechanical, but if there is a bug in the code and the section was flipped or offset, then you would have to correct that manually.  But perhaps the bug is in the code that renders the visualization on the results in Mechanical and the profile used by the solver on the beams in the finite element model are correct. You will have to do some work to figure out what the finite element model is actually using.
