Hello Valer,

The EME profile monitor collects the E and H fields so, you won't be able to obtain the transmission values from it. The transmission and reflection are automatically calculated and can be obtained from "user s matrix". For more information, please refer to the following video:

It is also important to note that the function "transmission" can only be used in FDTD and varFDTD.
