首先，5部分可以简化为3部分，因为Taper端部的那个Cell就是直波导。当然你也可以在两个直波导Group里用一个CELL也可以，计算量增加很小。

我怀疑是不是基模与高阶模的有效折射率差比较大啊，另外就是适当增加腔体的宽度，因为基模衍射比高阶模严重。我没有查看文献，你设计时根据什么确定的宽度呢？
