这个要取决于里面的微结构的周期性。　如果没有微结构而是薄膜，在厚度方向上变几个位置就可以，最少三个；如果是有周期性结构，比如六角形的光子晶体，我们只需要在光子晶体一个周期内区一些特殊点就可以。网上的例子已经是用最少的空间点来扫描仿真了。原则上说点越多越好，但是仿真效率或者速度就降低了，所有仿真精度和效率总不能兼得。
