You need species and want a vapour+air mixture. Have a look at the reaction tutorials & examples, just don't tick volumetric reactions. The dryer part is a little more complex, and may require expressions/UDF for a mass source (sink) in the dryer. Just to note, relative humidity is NOT the same as mass fraction but is commonly messed up by users.
