Are you running axi-symmetric? If so check the domain size to confirm you've not mixed up diameter and radius (it's easily done). nCheck material properties, especially air density (Fluent default is for about 15C, I hope your lab is warmer than that) and that the surface tension & wall contact are correct. Also check the Fluent model hasn't swapped from a bubble with a liquid film at the wall to a dry slug.You can create a fluid region to patch rather than rely on the adaption register. However this may not lend itself to mapped mesh. Pave can overcome this but you need to be careful with the cell quality. n
