Issue when trying to open an archived project.

      Hi all, nI am unable to open an archived project file.. the error pops up when i try to open it on the campus PC, but not on my own PC (where I created the file). nseems like a file/directory issue??n thanks in advancenn

      Staff aren't allowed to open attachments so please repost the image. Archives can be transferred (that's what they're for) so should work assuming the other system has the same or newer version of the code and all appropriate licence features. n

      Can you try with an archive name with no spaces in it? I suspect we use gzip functionality and that was originally written for UNIX which really doesn't like spaces in paths or labels. n

      No luck with that either, Rob. I re-archived the project with no spaces in the name and I'm still getting the same error.nI checked the software and both PCs are definitely running 2020 R2 as well.nn
