SubscriberHi!
I posted discussion three days ago, but my problem did not be solved. I couldn't give up and asked again. Sorry and thanks in advance.
Â
I generated polyhedral mesh over my engine cylinder. and I compiled UDF that makes bottom wall moves down.
User guide said that,
diffusion smoothing method is recommended for polyhedral mesh.
None of remeshing method except for CutCell zone remeshing will modify polyhedral cells.
So I checked like above(diffusion smoothing and CutCell remeshing), but after mesh zone simulation mesh made like pepero. And then I realized the cell zone should not be conformally connected, so I regenerated geometry and mesh to one cell zone. But pepero was made again.
My coworker created dynamic mesh with poly by chance so he didn't remember what option was checked. But I knew that it is possible to make dynamic mesh with poly, and that's why I can't give up.

Could you give me advice? I don't know what is problem. But we want to generate mesh with poly.
Best regards,
