Thermal Management of CPUs Using Ansys Solutions

This course introduces the design aspects of thermal management systems, or cooling systems, for CPUs such as heat sinks and computer fans. You will explore how to build solid models of these units and then test them performing thermal and fluid dynamics simulations using Ansys simulation technology. In the process you will learn how thermal physics such as conduction and convection (natural and forced) are involved in the design of such systems.
