In this lesson, we will learn how to import, prepare, and mesh the geometry of a composite quadcopter rotor arm using Ansys Workbench™ simulation integration platform. The process begins with importing the geometry and modifying it in Ansys Discovery™ 3D product simulation software to ensure it is ready for simulation.
We will then create a model in Ansys Mechanical™ structural finite element analysis software and import composite material properties and define the 2D mesh.
